Series Launch

I am looking forward to this weekend's message as we launch the GOD OF THIS CITY series.  The text for the message is one of the most famous and oft quoted promises in the Bible...Jeremiah 29:11-14.

What I never understood until recently is the context of that chapter and what that context implies for the perspective of my life, my city, and of the nation in which we live.  We all can see the moral decay and the darkness that our culture is battling.

This message speaks directly to what a Jesus-follower can do and to what great plans God has for us in the midst of it all.  Can't wait for the weekend!
